Matching investor needs is like pairing of wine with food

Matching investor needs is like pairing of wine with food. It is very specific to the investor needs to see if a property is valuable to them (not all well-valued properties are profitable to all investors-each has their own skills, resources like designers and contractors that work for their set of demands). Here is where you can enjoy a meal to experience one of the best examples of wine-food pairing as I wrote in a letter to several clients,
“Wine paired well with a meal reminds me of my nephews, Michael and David Rossi creating an exceptional environment at The Ranch Restaurant & Saloon in Anaheim, CA (https://www.theranch.com/). My dining experience there is ‘joyous dining’ away from home (like it can be for an investor achieving their return on investment goals). I have been graced with a wife who knows how to cook & bake exceptionally well at home, I am well fed.”
